As a Studio Art Director, you will be responsible for building, inspiring, and managing a creative team of 2D, 3D, and UX/UI Artists to deliver amazing art for amazing games.

You will define the visual style for the game making sure it's suitable for the target audience and you will also set the quality bar and art direction for the Studio.



  • 6+ years of experience working in the mobile game industry.

  • 3+ years working as Lead Artist or Art Director for casual mobile games.

  • Held a senior role through the full development process of at least one live mobile title.

  • Strong portfolio containing a variety of styles and techniques with a strong focus on casual art styles.

  • A strong sense of what makes a game visually appealing to an audience and the ability to translate that to high-quality assets.

  • Expert in Photoshop, Maya, Blender, Illustrator, or similar tools.

  • Experience in Unity and its art pipelines.



  • Experience with animation tools like Spine, Anima2D, Houdini, etc.

  • Familiar with VFX, animation, asset rigging, in-game lighting, and environment art

  • Experience in defining art outsourcing briefings and validating outsourced assets' quality.
